Recommended Action
That the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council that;
1) The proposed Program is exempt from CEQA; and
2) Concur that the five year Capital Improvements Program (FY 2019-2020 to 2023-2024) conforms to the City's General Plan per the draft resolution
