Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Design Professional Services Agreement between the City and MIG, Inc. (MIG) to provide design services for the All-Inclusive Playground (AIPG) at Jollyman Park in the amount of $389,511; and
2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute any necessary services or change orders, up to a contingency amount of $77,900, for a total appropriation of $467,411
