Recommended Action
1. Award a construction contract to the sole bidder, Vintage Construction, Inc., in the amount of Two Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($248,700); and
2. Authorize a construction contingency budget of Twenty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($24,800), which is approximately 10% of the construction contract amount, to address unforeseen conditions during construction.
