Recommended Action

1.                     Award a construction contract to the low bidder, Scapes, Inc., in the amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Dollars ($223,000); and

2.                     Authorize a construction contingency budget of 10% of the construction contract amount, Twenty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($22,300), to address unforeseen conditions during construction.
