Recommended Action

1. Authorize staff to hire a consultant for a contract amount not to exceed $225,000 to complete a property related storm water management fee study and balloting process by June 30, 2019; and

2. Adopt Resolution No. 18-082 approving a Budget Adjustment in the amount of $225,000 to complete a storm water management fee study and balloting process.
