Conduct second reading of Ordinance No. 18-2172: "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cupertino adding Chapter 10.05 “Social Host Responsibility” to the Cupertino Municipal Code, Article 10 “Public Peace and Morals” to deter underage drinking and drug use during events/gatherings"; 2. Enact Ordinance No. 18-2172.
