Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Fine Arts Commission consider the evidence presented and determine whether placement of artwork on the project property is feasible. If the Fine Arts Commission determines that artwork may not feasible to be placed on the property, it may adopt a resolution accepting the applicant’s request to make the in lieu payment for artwork (Attachment 1) or in the alternative, may adopt a resolution denying the applicant’s request (Attachment 2).
