That the Hearing Officer conduct the public hearing and in accordance with the draft resolutions:

1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and incorporate the mitigation measures as conditions of approval of the project; and

2) Approve the Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the existing residential parcel into three new residential parcels
