Recommended Action

That the Planning Commission conduct the public hearing and adopt the Draft Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt an Ordinance to:
1. Find that the proposed action is exempt form CEQA; and
2. Recommend the approval of amendments to Chapter 10.48, Community Noise Control, for leaf blower regulations per the Draft Resolution
