Recommended Action

1.                      Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amended and restated agreement for lease of the Cupertino Municipal Water System with San Jose Water Company; and

2.                     Adopt Resolution 19-145, approving an amended and restated agreement for lease of real property (water system) with San Jose Water Company.
