Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission adopt the draft resolution finding that the Proposed Additional Projects to the Capital Improvement Program are:

1. Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and

2. Consistent with the City’s General Plan.
