Recommended Action
That the City Council:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 18-080 (Attachment A) denying the petition for a reconsideration hearing, since it does not meet the requirements of Cupertino Municipal Code (CMC) Section 2.08.096 or, in the alternative;
2. If the Council determines the Petition meets the criteria, conduct a hearing on the merits of the petition and make final determination on the project
