Recommended Action

1. Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract for the Retaining Wall Replacement-Regnart Road Project with DMZ Builders in the amount of $343,133; and 2. Authorize a construction contingency budget of $34,000, approximately 10% of the contract amount, to address unforeseen conditions during construction, for a total of $377,133
