Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the City Council:

1.  Find that the proposed actions are exempt from CEQA; and

2.  Adopt Resolution No. 17-058 approving Development Permit (DP-2016-02); and

3.  Adopt Resolution No. 17-059 approving Architectural and Site Approval (ASA-2016-15); and

4.  Adopt Resolution No. 17-060 approving Heart of the City Exception (EXC-2017-03)
