Recommended Action

That the Planning Commission adopt the draft resolution (Attachment A) recommending that the City Council amend the City’s Zoning Map changing the zoning for APN 359 13 019 from R-3 to R-3/TH to ensure consistency with the 6th Cycle Housing Element.
