Direct the Community Funding Grant subcommittee, including Vice Mayor Chao, Councilmember Moore, Parks and Recreation Commission Chair and Vice Chair and Parks and Recreation Department Director to develop a proposed Festival Fee Waiver Policy and festival fee waiver application.
