Subject: Approve the Tentative Agreement revising the salary and benefits terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Cupertino City Employees’ Association (CEA)/IFPTE Local 21 for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025.
Recommended Action
1. Adopt the Resolution 23-114 approving the Tentative Agreement between the City of Cupertino and Cupertino City Employees’ Association (CEA)/IFPTE Local 21; and
2. Approve the corresponding Salary Schedule for CEA employees effective July 1, 2023.
