Recommended Action
Award a construction contract for the Stevens Creek Boulevard Bike Lane Improvements - Phase 1 project; and authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Golden Bay Construction, Inc. in the amount of $811,156; and further authorize the Director of Public Works to execute any necessary change orders up to a construction contingency budget of $82,000, approximately 10% of the contract amount, to address unforeseen conditions during construction, for a total of $893,156.
