Award a construction contract for the Memorial Park Ponds Repurposing Project, authorize the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $1,324,207.00 with Granite Rock Company, and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute any necessary change orders, up to the construction contingency amount of $132,420.70 (10% of contract amount), for a total authorized contract amount of $1,456,627.70
