Recommended Action
Adopt Resolution No. 26-119 approving Budget Modification No. 2627-457, increasing appropriations in the Parkland Dedication Fund (GL Account No. 280-99-282-900-970) by $11,825,000 to fund the $11.8 million purchase price and approximately $25,000 in closing costs for the Finch Property acquisition, funded by available fund balance, as set forth in Exhibit A to the resolution.
