Recommended Action

Consider the following:

1. Appoint Councilmember R “Ray” Wang in place of Vice Mayor Liang Chao on the ad-hoc subcommittee to negotiate the agreement for law enforcement services with the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office; and

2. Appoint Councilmember Wang as alternate in place of Vice Mayor Chao to the multi-jurisdictional Sheriff’s Office Contract Negotiations Ad-Hoc committee comprised of one representative from the City Councils of Cupertino, Saratoga and Los Altos Hills.
