Adopt Resolution No. 20-01 of the Board of Directors of the Cupertino Public Facilities Corporation authorizing the execution and delivery of documents relating to the sale and delivery of 2020A Certificates of Participation in a principal amount not to exceed $27 million and authorizing and directing certain actions in connection therewith.
