Recommended Action

That the Planning Commission adopt the proposed draft resolutions (Attachments 1 through 3) recommending that the City Council:

1.                     Adopt the Municipal Code Amendment (MCA-2023-003);

2.                     Approve the Conditional Use Permit (U-2023-002); and

3.                     Approve the Parking Exception (EXC-2023-009)
