Recommended Action
Authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to the master agreement with Richard Yau to provide program and project management consultant services on various Capital Improvement Programs projects, increasing the contract amount by $300,000 for a new total not-to-exceed contract amount of $470,000 and extending the term of the agreement to June 30, 2027.
