Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Hearing Officer, in accordance with the draft resolution (Attachment 1):

1. Find that the proposed actions are exempt from CEQA; and

2. Approve the Minor Conditional Use Permit U-2026-003 to allow Kunjip Express to operate with approximately 35 percent of the floor space for customer-facing dining and service activities in an existing 3,442 square foot tenant space.
