Authorize the City Manager to execute the Equipment Sharing Agreement (ESA) between the City of Cupertino, Town of Los Gatos and City of Campbell on behalf of the City of Cupertino in substantially similar format to the attached draft agreement; and authorize the City Manager or designee to maintain an Equipment Catalog, establishing shared equipment and rates
