Recommended Action
Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a consultant services agreement for preparation of a Citywide Parks, Open Space and Recreation Master Plan Plan for a fee not to exceed $375,000 and authorize a contingency allowance subject to approval of the City Manager
