1. Authorize the City Manager to undertake a design-build project delivery method for the Photovoltaic Systems Design and Installation Capital Improvement Program Project; and
2. Adopt Resolution No. 24-092 approving the procurement of a design-build contract for the Photovoltaic Systems Design and Installation Capital Improvement Program Project.
