Recommended Action

Adopt Resolution No. 25-095 (Attachment B) to adopt a maximum rate schedule with an increase of 4.39% ($2.03 per month for average resident) for RP 6 for Recology to provide recycling, organics, and solid waste collection, recycling and organics processing services, and transport for disposal pursuant to the Franchise Agreement (Attachment A (FA Exhibit E1))
