Recommended Action

1. Adopt Resolution No. 21-101 fixing the employer contribution under the public employees' medical and hospital care act at an equal amount for employees and annuitants. (Employees and Annuitants hired prior to August 1, 2004).

2. Adopt Resolution No. 21-102 fixing the employer's contribution for public agency vesting under section 22893 of the public employees' Medical and Hospital Care Act. (Retirees hired on/after August 1, 2004).
