Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Design Professional Services Agreement between the City and MIG, Inc. (MIG) to provide design services for the Lawrence-Mitty Master Plan in the amount of $293,784; and
2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute any necessary services or change orders, up to a contingency amount of $50,000, for a total appropriation of $343,784
