Recommended Action
Conduct the second reading and enactment of Ordinance 19-2185 “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cupertino amending Title 2, Administration and Personnel, of the Cupertino Municipal Code Chapter 2.86 (Housing Commission), to eliminate the requirement that one member be a representative from a Cupertino financial institution.” Note: The first reading was conducted on June 18 and there were no changes to the ordinance.
