Recommended Action

That the Planning Commission adopt the draft resolution (Attachment 1) recommending that the City Council:

1.                     Adopt amendments to Chapter 7 (Health and Safety) and Appendices D (Community Noise Fundamentals), and E (Geologic and Seismic Hazards), and a new Appendix H (Health and Safety Background Report) and

2.                     Find the actions exempt from CEQA.
