Approve an Agreement between the City of Cupertino and Pavement Engineering, Inc. (PEI) in the amount not to exceed $315,105.00 from the date of execution through June 30, 2020, and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute service orders necessary to carry out all consultant services under the Agreement for the various street asphalt improvement projects
