Recommended Action
Authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment with Acuity Brands, LLC, for continued use of the BuidlingOS Energy Management Platform, increasing the contract amount by $45,500 for a new total not-to-exceed contract amount of $227,500 and extending the term of the agreement to December 9, 2024.
