1.                     Adopt Resolution No. 19-036 approving the FY 2019-20 CDBG, BMR AHF, and HSG funding allocations.

2.                     Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute FY 2019-20 CDBG, BMR AHF, and HSG grant agreements
