Authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to existing lease agreements with Friends of the Stevens Creek Trail and the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society for office space at the McClellan Ranch Preserve ranch house to extend the lease for a period of one year, through June 30, 2020 under the renewal terms of the lease
