Recommended Action

Adopt Resolution 26-114 (Attachment A) to:

1. Adopt amendments to Chapter 7 (Health and Safety) and Appendices D (Community Noise Fundamentals) and E (Geologic and Seismic Hazards), and a new Appendix H (Health and Safety Background Report); and 

2. Find the actions exempt from CEQA.
